Frequently Asked Questions

Lead Times
Our standard production lead time is 3–4 weeks, though this can occasionally vary due to production or material supply factors. Because every fixture is printed to order, we kindly ask that you review our current lead times prior to purchasing. If an order is expected to exceed the stated timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note: Extended lead times do not qualify for compensation and are only considered valid grounds for order cancellation within 10 business days of your purchase date.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes depend on the delivery option selected at checkout, and apply only after our production lead time is complete. Selecting express or upgraded shipping does not shorten our fabrication window. If you are working to a deadline, please factor in both production and transit times when placing your order.
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, shipping timelines are not guaranteed and can be affected by postal network delays outside our control. We are unable to take responsibility for delays once an order is in transit.

Inspect immediately
Check your SULI light right away and keep all original packaging materials until you are certain everything is in order.
Notify us within 48 hours
Report any damage or defects to our studio within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.
Transit claims
If damage occurred during shipping, we will investigate and resolve the issue, though we may need your cooperation to file a postal service claim.
Replacements
If an exchange is approved, items must be fully repacked in their original packaging. Replacement SULI lights will be printed to order according to our active lead times.

Returns & Exchanges
Because every SULI light is 3D-printed to order, all sales are final. Due to the intricate, fragile nature of our pieces, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped.
Embracing the Craft
Slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are a natural fingerprint of the 3D-printing process. Visible print lines and subtle surface differences add to the individual character of each piece rather than being flaws. Every fixture is carefully inspected and passes through multiple quality control checks before leaving our studio.
